Reach for the STARS now features multiple items produced through local programs supporting students and adults with disabilities. We stock candles and melts from Beaver Creek Candles, Jungle Jam and Crafts from Goodness Grows, Greeting Cards from Passion Works, and decor and Christmas items from classes at Salem High School and the CCESC Transition class. You can find a gift for any occasion AND support programs and local vendors here at our Salem store!
Reach For The STARS is getting ready for the Salem Quakerfest. We have great gifts, art, food, and CANDY! Stop in on Saturday, October 14th to check us out and have a "treat" on us!
Reach for the Stars is a great place to shop because we have many different items. Our inventory includes: Hand crafted primitive goods, Essential oils, Beaver Creek candles, Unique Jewelry, leatherwork, scarves, engraved glasses and Pottery. We also sell many types of candy including Hard Candy, Cotton Candy, Licorice, Salt Water Taffy, Rock Candy, Chocolate, Jelly Beans, Lollipop, Bubble Gum, Caramel, Gobstoppers, Gummi Candy, and a lot of your favorite old fashioned candy. We are closed Mondays but we are opened Tuesday-Saturday 10-5. UPCOMING EVENTS- Woman’s Spa Day coming up on April 2, 2017. From 2-5pm and on April 23, we will have a Mom and Me Tea from 2:00 to 4:30. COME AND SEE US IN OUR STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our students have been spending several hours a day learning how to price and inventory items, run the regiser, stock shelves, and keep our store looking great! All that is missing is YOU! Please stop by to meet and talk with our students, tour the building, and find some great gifts and art, all produced by local artisans and vendors. Your patronage of our store will help our students with disabilities reach their potential in the world of work, and help keep local entrepreneurs in business. We have a great variety of items, including personal care, books, decor, specialty food items, cards, baby and American Girl clothes, dolls, glassware and beautiful artworks. We will run weekly features about our great vendors starting in January, so stay tuned! Long-time Salem residents can also find treasures from the Salem Historical Society, including 2017 Calendars, and books from local authors.
